Cardio Kickboxing

Get Ready to Sweat!

Our Cardio kickboxing program is geared toward the student that wants to learn on how to properly punch and kick but mostly to get in shape in a fun and different way burning 750 calories per session.

While everyone has their own reason for training (weigh loss, get fit, healthy living, etc.) our cardio kickboxing classes aim to develop the student both mentally and physically.

Classes can be offered in person or through zoom.
