1. Business Identity & Program Description
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SMS/text messaging communications from Sidekick Karate School, a martial arts school located at 3211 W Wadley Ave Ste. 11A, Midland, TX 79705 (website: www.sidekickkarateusa.com).
By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive messages relating to your inquiry for more information about our school and/or to book your trial class. Our programs include American Kenpo Karate, Cardio Kickboxing, Weapons Training, and our Elite Team — serving kids and adults in the Permian Basin area.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — whether through our website registration form, in person, or any other enrollment method — you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Sidekick Karate School. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
3. Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 5–50 messages/month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Sidekick Karate School is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages connected to data or network outages, technical limitations of your carrier, or any other factors outside of our reasonable control.
6. Eligibility
By opting in to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that:

7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our SMS opt-in data and consent information will never be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms
